Toms River Drug Treatment Center Almost Ready

Sunrise Detox knows the importance of a high quality, comfortable, safe and secure initial detox as part of a substance abuse treatment plan.

The driveway pavers are hard at work now, putting down the blacktop for the Toms River detox center. We've added more photos of the progress to the construction photo gallery.

If you wonder why it is so important to build a high-quality facility specially designed for use as a drug and alcohol treatment center, consider this fact: someone who has detoxed from a physical dependency on heroin, opioids, alcohol, or other prescription drugs comfortably, is more likely to succeed in rehab.

Sunrise Detox knows this, and is determined to provide the most comfortable, safe, and effective treatment for the physical challenges associated with heroin, opioid, prescription drug, and alcohol addiction. We want every one of our clients to get free from substance dependency, and we want to get them safely into rehab for continuing their treatment after detox.

Many of us are only familiar with addiction from the movies,  from dirty street scenes we see on the news or pass by in the car with the windows rolled up and the doors carefully locked. But addiction today, as the residents of Ocean and Monmouth counties are rapidly learning, can impact any one of us. It can start with a minor toothache, back pain, or a serious accident or illness, when powerful prescription medications are needed. Without careful monitoring and prompt response to trouble signs, these drugs can become addicting. And when that happens, prompt action can prevent a lot of the damage that is caused by untreated addiction and associated physical and mental illness.

Preparations are under way for the Open House Celebration and Networking Event, so get onto the invitations list or RSVP if you have already received your invitation.
